Pre Activation
In this pre-activation process, the charcoal to be sizing and sorting before goes in to rotary kiln by using following machine.
Rotary screener
A trommel screen, also known as a rotary screen, is a mechanical screening machine used to separate materials, mainly in the mineral and solid-waste processing industries. It consists of a perforated cylindrical drum that is normally elevated at an angle at the feed end. Physical size separation is achieved as the feed material spirals down the rotating drum, where the undersized material smaller than the screen apertures passes through the screen, while the oversized material exits at the other end of the drum.
This rotary screener is used to remove the unwanted things from the charcoal before goes in to the kiln for activation.
Saw-tooth crusher
A crusher is a machine designed to reduce large rocks into smaller rocks, gravel, and sand or rock dust.
Crushing devices hold material between two parallel or tangent solid surfaces, and apply sufficient force to bring the surfaces together to generate enough energy within the material being crushed so that its molecules separate from (fracturing), or change alignment in relation to (deformation), each other. Saw-tooth crusher is used to broken down coconut shell between two saw toothed shafts rotation at different speed. This saw-tooth crusher is used to brake the unsized charcoal in to required size.
